New Firefox 4 Shortcuts

It’s almost going to be a month, since Firefox 4 was released. It brought a number of new features, improvements to the browser. Along that, Firefox 4 also introduced a few new buttons and shortcuts.

Mozilla Links have listed the new Firefox 4 shortcuts. You can see them after the jump.

Firefox 4 Shortcuts

  1. Ctrl ShiftE, turns to Panorama tab viewing.
  2. Ctrl /, toggles the Add-on bar
  3. Ctrl Shift E, opens the Clear Recent History dialog. This is not new, but is more helpful now that it is three clicks away via the Firefox menu.

Remove Advertisements from WLM 2011 Chat Window

Windows Live Messenger 2o11 has advertisements everywhere, just like Yahoo Messenger does. In main window, chat windows etc.

Here is a quick tip on how you an remove the image ad banner from the bottom of chat windows in Windows Live Messenger 2011.

How to Remove Ad Banner from WLM 2011 Chat Window

Follow the steps below to remove the image ad banner fro mthe bottom of the chat window.

  • In you main WLM window, press Alt key to show the menu bar.
  • Go to Tools > Options.
  • Click Messages, and from there, uncheck the Show expanded footer in conversation windows option.
  • That’s it! The banner should be removed now!
