Sharing contacts on Android is one of the problems almost every new Android face when they move from Symbian or other mobile OS. Customized Android phones, like TouchWiz in Samsung Galaxy, alread feature an option to share contacts.

Share Contacts is a free Android app that allows you to send contacts to another phone, even if the other person does not have an Android phone.

This is very useful for those who send contact cards a lot from their phones. The interface is very simple and straight-forward. Shows two buttons, Send and Receive, depending on whether you want to send or receive contacts to your phone.

Share Contacts is updated regularly and developer is very responsive in adding features that users want.

How To Edit Comments in Facebook

Facebook introduced a new feature a while ago making it easier to post comments on wallpost, photo, status or any other activity. This even allows you to edit your comment on Facebook without having to delete the entire comment.

Usually when you had to edit comments, what did you do? Copied the text, delete the comment and again type it down with the correction you wanted to make. Oh well, this is not needed anymore.

How to Edit Comments on Facebook

Whenever you need to edit a comment, press the X sign at the top right corner of every comment. The comment will be editable then. Make the changes, and press Enter again to post it.

Pretty simple, eh? I found this while trying to delete a comment which had a typo in it, but was surprised to see that we can edit comments now.

Firefox 6 Download Manager Will Be Redesigned

Posted: 17 Apr 2011 10:09 PM PDT

Firefox 6 Download Manager will be getting a major redesign. The short release cycle of Firefox won’t bring big changes with every update, but still have updates here and there, just like Chrome does.

To come to think of it, Mozilla just released the final version of Firefox 4, plans to release Firefox 5 in June, and now here they are already with plans for the Firefox 6.

Mozilla’s latest goal is to change the entire UI of the download manager. Mozilla plans to change the UI of all the objects that load in new windows (download manager, preferences, bookmarks etc) and fit them in new tabs. Firefox 4 has already done that with the addons manager.

Chrome 12 is no different. It already opens Booksmarks, History, Preferences, Download Manager etc. in different tabs, instead of loading in another window.

According to Mozilla, this new UI will provide “better consistency within Firefox and a better experience for users.”

Posted: 17 Apr 2011 08:27 AM PDT

The first tool to activate Windows 8 and bypass Windows 8 activation has finally been released. We thought it would take some time for “crackers” and developers to come out with such tool, but oh well, KMS Activator is already available for download.

Here is a complete guide on how to activate Windows 8, remove Timebomb trial limit and bypass Windows 8 activation so that you can try out the first milestone of Windows 8 build 7850 for a longer period.

There are a number of tutorials and guides available for activation, without any Windows 8 activation keys, but I think, this is the easiest one of all.

How to Activate Windows 8 Build 7850 with KMS Activator

This tool is very simple. For activation, it uses WZT’s method of activating Windows (and Office) offline! And as for timebomb remover, this tool replaces Windows 8 tokens and store folders by Windows 7 ones.

Follow the instructions below to activate Windows 8:

  1. Boot your Windows 8 in Safe Mode (hit F8 key few times just after BIOS disappears).
  2. Run KMS Activator and click Remove Timebomb.
  3. After it patches up, restart your computer!
  4. Run KMS Activator again and now press the Activate button.
  5. After it patches up and activates Windows 8, restart your computer.

That’s it! Your copy of Windows 8 build 7850 is now fully activated. Make sure you run this tool every 180 days to retain the activation.

Windows 8 (Build 7850) KMS Activation Tool can be downloaded from a number of websites online. We, ofcourse, are not going to share any download links. This tool allows you to bypass Windows 8 activation process and remove the Windows 8 trial TimeBomb limit.
