Today however, Verizon, the official cellular carrier of the flagship smartphone came up with a statement in response to the screen issues faced by the users. The words from the carrier are surely compelling and satisfying for all the users of Droid X. The statement read as follows: "Verizon Wireless and Motorola are aware of a very small number of DROID X units that have experienced a flickering or banding display. Motorola has resolved the issue and is continuing to ship the phones. Any consumer who experiences a flickering or banding display should contact a Motorola customer support center or Verizon Wireless." Surely a sigh of relief for everyone who has recently acquired a Droid X. So if you have seen any of the above mentioned problems with your Droid's screen, immediately contact the customer support center to get the earliest possible solution to the problem.
