New AdSense Interface Now Available Globally

Posted: 14 Nov 2010 01:44 AM PST

After months of private testing, Google has launched the new AdSense interface to all the users globally, still in beta though.

You can switch between the ew and old interfaces anytime you like. AdSense sent out a message to all the users about the availability of the new interface. This upcoming interface will be the v3 of AdSense.

Here’s the official message sent by the AdSense team:

Hello,

We are excited to introduce the new AdSense interface, now available globally in beta. Inspired by direct feedback from you, our publishers, the new interface includes features designed to help you make more money with AdSense by giving you more actionable performance data, offering you more control over the ads that appear on your sites, and helping you manage your account more efficiently.

In addition to a visual redesign, the new interface includes graphical, customizable performance reports, easier to use ad controls, and easy to find help and resources right within your account. It also makes it easy to quickly see your earnings and payment information, find relevant features, and make changes to your account.

You can try the new interface by clicking the "Try the new AdSense interface beta" link in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Clicking this link will bring you directly to the new interface. You can switch between the two versions at anytime.

Whether you're already using the new interface or this is the first you've heard of it, visit www.google.com/ads/newadsense to check out our Getting Started guide and learn more about some of the features in the new interface.

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team

How to Root Samsung Galaxy Tab with z4root

Posted: 14 Nov 2010 01:07 AM PST

Samsung Galaxy Tab is the only valid competitor for the iPad at the moment and is the best Android tablet. Good news? You can now easily root Galaxy Tab with z4root in just one click without fussing around too much with any tools/code.

Why root? Rooting Galaxy Tab will allow you to install system mods, access system files, uninstall system apps, flash custom firmwares, create Nandroid backups etc.

Root Galaxy Tab with z4root (1-Click Root)

z4root is an Android app that lets you root and unroot your devices in just one-click. Like I said earlier4, no fussing around with any sort of tools. Just a simple app that would do the job for you.

How to Root Samsung Galaxy Tab with z4root

Now this is really simple, thanks to z4root – 1-click root app. Follow the instructions carefully below to root your Samsung Galaxy Tab.

  • Download z4root from Android Market and install the app.
  • Enable USB debugging in Android by pressing the Menu key, then tap Settings > Applications > Development > check USB debugging. (Make sure Galaxy Tab is not connected to USB).
  • Launch z4root and press the “Root” button.
  • Galaxy Tab will restart. It will be rooted and Busybox will be installed. To make sure everything went, well, look for a Superuser app in your apps list.

Easy, eh? Using the same steps above, you can unroot your device as well. In other words, you don’t really void your warranty by just rooting your Galaxy Tab. But if you try to install a custom recovery, do it at your own risk.
