This app allows you to watch YouTube videos on a computer or Google TV and at the same time you can control it from your Android device. YouTube Remote creates a virtual connection between your phone and YouTube Leanback. If you’re wondering how to do that, follow the steps given after the jump.

Google launched today a new app in the Android Market, YouTube Remote. Now you can control your YouTube videos on an Internet-enabled device right from your Android phone. You don’t need to install any client or make any configurations to work on your computer or Google TV. Once connected, you can play, pause, forward, rewind or play videos from different channels on YouTube. YouTube Remote is currently in beta and contains new and experimental features that are not in the official YouTube Android app. You can download it for free from the Android Market.
