Google Instant Search was released a few minuets ago and was made live on Google.com for all the U.S. users.

Instant Search is a new search enhancement that shows results as you type. However, if you would like to turn it off and disable it, follow the instructions below.

How to Disable Google Instant Search

When you type your search and it shows live results, look for the small line next to the search box that says “Instant is on”. Click on that and from the drop down menu, select Off (press Enter to search). That will turn off Instant Search.

Google just announced Instant Search, which is now live on Google.com for U.S users.

Google Instant is a new search enhancement that shows results as you type. This helps in getting better and faster results instantly as you type your search query.

The most obvious change is that you get to the right content much faster than before because you don't have to finish typing your full search term, or even press "search." Another shift is that seeing results as you type helps you formulate a better search term by providing instant feedback. You can now adapt your search on the fly until the results match exactly what you want. In time, we may wonder how search ever worked in any other way.

iOS 4.1 is now available for download from iTunes for all iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, and iPhone 4 and iPod Touch users!

The latest iOS 4.1 software update was scheduled to release today, September 8, and is now live for download from iTunes.

Conenct your iPhone or iPod Touch with your computer and start iTunes for the update popup notification.
