😞 Microsoft layoffs: Microsoft will lay off 3% of its workforce, which equates to around 6,500 people. This is the company's largest round of layoffs since 2023, when it laid off 10,000 people, and comes just a few weeks after the company posted better-than-expected Q1 earnings.
