Instagram Stories and WhatsApp both have twice the users of Snapchat for their Snapchat clones Well, sorry about your luck, Snapchat: Both Instagram Stories and WhatsApp Status, the respective clones of Snapchat's original Stories, have over 300 million daily active users, which is nearly double what Snapchat itself has. Brutal. Facebook's ability to copy its biggest potential threat and also bury it will be studied in business schools for decades to come. Which is a little bit sad. 2. Tesla didn't have a great quarter In a number of ways. But perhaps most notably in their ability to build and ship Model 3s, which is way, way behind their own original projections. Don't trust celebs on ICOs, says the SEC The SEC is warning influencers including celebrities and social media stars to take it easy on pitching ICOs using their platforms. They're all scams people so like, just accept it. 7. Didi Chuxing will build its own EV charging network in China China's ride-sharing giant Didi Chuxing is going to build an electric car charging network, for its own cars as well as for the public, the company announced, using a new joint venture. The infrastructure issue is still one of the big puzzle pieces that needs to come together to make electric cars work at scale, so this is one answer in terms of where that infrastructure will come from. |
