Apple just announced the next major update of their mobile OS, iOS 5. Worldwide Developers Conference 2011 (WWDC 2011) is going on in full swing and Apple just took the wraps off iOS 5.

iOS 5 brings a number of new features. Notifications, Newsstand, Tabbed Browsing in Safari, Twitter integration in iOS etc.

The keynote is still going on and this is a developing story. We’ll update as soon as more details are unveiled at WWDC 2011.
